This is such an easy-to-read but also really practical book for those with anxiety – I loved the straightforward ‘Things to Try’ sections at the end of each chapter. Lots of ways to get you back on track if things are getting tough. Highly recommended.

We are bombarded by information through our TVs and phones that isn’t always good for us; information that can cause anxiety, uncertainty, panic and fear, all of which affect our mental health. The last year has been particularly hard on us all, with our lives disrupted and in some cases hardly recognisable to what they were pre-pandemic. How do you feel? Would you like to feel better?
